This notice explains how ELECTRIC EDGE ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED handles information submitted through its website enquiry form and AI assistant, together with optional website analytics data.

Information you provide

When you contact ELECTRIC EDGE ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED, you may provide your name, company, phone number, email address, location, enquiry category and message. A demonstration or consultation request may also include project type, project stage, areas of interest, preferred date, preferred time or contact format. This information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used only for relevant business communication, routing the request internally and maintaining an appropriate record of the conversation. Configured hosting or email-delivery providers may process the information only as needed to operate and transmit the request.

AI assistant

When you use the AI assistant, your current question, selected language and a pseudonymous abuse-prevention identifier derived from your network address are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply and protect the service. Visible earlier messages are not sent. The website requests no response storage, keeps the visible chat only in memory for the current browser session and does not include chat content in analytics. Under OpenAI's default API data controls, prompts and replies may be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, and API data is not used to train models unless the account owner explicitly opts in. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, confidential project information or other sensitive personal data. AI replies are general guidance and must be confirmed with EEE before any product, technical or commercial decision.

Website data, cookies and analytics

The language selector stores your preference as eee-language in an essential one-year cookie and in browser local storage until you change or clear it. The analytics consent control stores your choice plus expiry and version metadata as eee-analytics-consent-v1 in browser local storage for up to 180 days, after which the site asks again. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 load only after you choose to allow optional analytics; refusing analytics does not affect core site functions. After consent, GA4 may set the first-party _ga and property-specific _ga_* cookies for up to two years, subject to browser limits. GA4 may receive the sanitized page origin and path with query strings and fragments removed, the page title, sanitized referring origin and path, the selected locale, fixed non-personal interaction identifiers, common device and browser details, and session and cookie identifiers; Google may also derive a general geographic area from standard request information. When analytics is allowed, validated labels from utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term may also be used for campaign attribution; values outside the site's strict allowlist are discarded and the measured page URL remains query-free. EEE uses this data to understand website traffic and improve content and performance. Enquiry-form fields and AI chat content are not sent to GA4. Google may process analytics data on systems outside India under its terms. The GA4 property's configured retention controls apply to event and user data, while aggregated reports and data needed for security or legal obligations may be retained separately. You can refuse, change or withdraw analytics consent at any time through the consent control; withdrawal removes this site's GA cookies and stops future analytics collection but does not erase previously processed aggregate reports. No Google Ads, advertising personalisation, remarketing or other marketing pixels are currently configured. Cloudflare may set the essential __cf_bm bot-management cookie before optional analytics consent; it expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity and is independent of any user identifier in the EEE application. Essential hosting and security logs may still be processed to operate and protect the website.
